SELF LOVE THROUGH  STRENGTH

WELCOME! I’M MEG, A NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND PRECISION NUTRITION L2 MASTER COACH. I AM ON A MISSION TO HELP WOMEN BECOME THEIR STRONGEST SELVES, INSIDE AND OUT, THROUGH LIFTING WEIGHTS, EATING PLANTS AND A WHOLE LOTTA SELF LOVE. I’M SO GLAD YOUR’E HERE, LETS GET STRONG TOGETHER!

I found lifting when it felt like my world was falling apart, newly sober and navigating the unexpected loss of my mom, I finally decided to put my gym membership that had been collecting dust to use. In turn I not only found the strength (and confidence) I never knew I had, but also what self love actually felt like after years of being at war with my body and struggling with disordered eating, body dysmorphia and alcohol abuse. Lifting weights and choosing being strong over chasing a pant size or number on the scale has helped me stop punishing my body for the shape it wants to be and instead love my body and the life it allows me to live. It has taught me how to fuel my body and give it the rest it needs so I can keep getting strong for life. Ultimately, lifting has shown me that self love truly comes from within and that self care means caring for this one body that we are given. That being strong and healthy and feeling good is the best gift we can give ourselves. And my wish for all women is to feel strong AF and discover their own self love through the magic of lifting weights. I could not be more pumped (Pumped. . . Get it?!?!) to help other women find the strength that is already within them. Let’s have some fun and get strong together.
